Only one surcharge is ever charged. After hours, Sunday and holidays are all +50% of the base fare and never stack on top of each other. Discounts apply after everything else, best one only, never stacked. Wait time is billed after the ride, never in the upfront quote.
Anything unusual (bariatric, stairs, two-person assist) gets named and agreed at booking, or it doesn't get charged.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and payment by family members from anywhere through the Pay My Fare page. Facility and contract rates are available; see For Facilities.
