Medical Transportation in Canton

Wheelchair-accessible rides to dialysis, appointments and treatment, door through door, for riders in Canton and the surrounding townships.

Why We Run Here

Getting there should be the easy part.

Canton is where most of Stark County goes for care, which means it is also where most of the waiting happens. Waypoint runs wheelchair-accessible rides across the whole city, from the near west side and the Ridgewood and Market Heights neighborhoods out to Belden Village and the hospital corridor.

In February 2025 SARTA pulled its countywide Proline paratransit service back to a corridor about three quarters of a mile either side of a fixed route. For a lot of households in Canton, the ride that used to exist no longer reaches the front door. That gap is the reason Waypoint exists.

Door through door, every trip. We walk you in and we are there for the ride home.
